SIAS just acquired Shanghai Belling cleanroom control system project. The contract has been signed on March 25th, 2004,and the value are US$101,870(Comm. Ord) and RMB743,726 (Local procurement and engineering part). In this project , SIMATIC based control system will monitor and control all the facilities for cleanroom, including: make-up air unit, air handling unit, dry cooling coil, exhaust fan system,FFU, chilled water system, hot water system and PCW system, etc.

The SIMATIC control system is composed of two AS417H redundant controllers, 2 operator stations ,12 ET200M remote I/O stations and SIMATIC NET. And SIAS will provide the engineering service including: control system functional design, programming, cabinet integration, FAT,site commissioning, start-up assistant, optimizing and SAT.

This project will be a very important reference for SIAS in semiconductor branch.It will enhance the co-operation between SIAS and M+W Zander,and will be helpful for SIAS to acquire more projects in this branch.
